After 15 years of operation, the author of this article, a founding member and administrator of IweTel, runs through the history of this e-mail list, its implementation, evolution and the current situation as the most stable channel of communication channel between the Spanish-speaking librarians and information specialists.

Tras 15 años de funcionamiento, el autor de este artículo, fundador y miembro moderador de IweTel, recorre los antecedentes de esta lista de correo-e, su puesta en marcha, evolución y la situación actual del canal más estable de comunicación entre bibliotecarios y documentalistas de habla hispana.
