We analyze the European Space for Higher Education as an opportunity to improve Information Literacy Services of the Spanish University Libraries. However, we justify that is necessary a change in the teaching culture of Universities to make possible this opportunity

Análisis de las oportunidades que la implantación del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior suponen para la mejora de los servicios de alfabetización informacional en las bibliotecas universitarias, y justificando la necesidad de un cambio en la cultura docente universitaria para posibilitar el aprovechamiento de esas oportunidades.
