English abstract

Present the results of a survey realized in 2006 among the municipalities of the Nuevo León State, concerning the condition of this files. Of 51 municipalities, 27 answered to the same one, and from this answers one derives that there is tried the archives material, which counts itself with little space for the same ones in the dependences, which in general possess a computer support, and the human resources involcurados do not have a specific preparation for the played function.

Spanish abstract

Se presentan los resultados de una encuesta realizada en 2006 entre los Municipios del Estado de Nuevo León, en torno al estado de sus archivos. De 51 municipios, 27 respondieron a la misma, y de sus respuestas se deriva que se procesa el amterial de archivo, que se cuenta con poco espacio para los mismos en las dependencias, que en general poseen un soporte informático, y los recursos humanos involcurados no tienen una preparación específica para la función desempeñada.
