English abstract

Author in this article presents use of modern technology in creating information and knowledge resources. This article presents continuity in the development of needs, concepts, theories and technological infrastructure that lead to extensive use of the Internet in the current medical practice. Social theories and the development of free software, open standards and open acess to scientific articles and various formats of information (audio, video, graphic, text) are used to create aggregators of information related with medical sciences. Author described concept based on open access and free software and use of technological tools for aggregation of information to create fifteen RSS feed aggregators related with medicine, science, open access, special libraries and accessibility of web interface for people with disabilities. This article presents also technological realization with suggestions to make aggregator easy to use and search so information may be available in very short time. Aggregators created by author are used on an international basis and proven helpful in many medical environments.
