English abstract

The Electronic Health Record Project in the National Health System (HCDSNS) is intended to ensure the public and health professionals with access to that information relevant to clinical care of a patient from anywhere in the NHS, ensuring the citizens that the consultation of your data is restricted to who is authorized to do so. The aim of this presentation is to show the semantic services developed for the National Health System in the Electronic Health Record Project in Spain. The different slides show the roadmap for reaching semantic interoperability in the NHS.

El Proyecto de Historia Clínica Digital en el Sistema Nacional de Salud (HCDSNS) tiene como finalidad garantizar a los ciudadanos y a los profesionales sanitarios el acceso a aquella información clínica relevante para la atención sanitaria de un paciente desde cualquier lugar del SNS, asegurando a los ciudadanos que la consulta de sus datos queda restringida a quién está autorizado para ello. El objetivo de esta presentación es mostrar el desarrollo de los servicios semánticos en el Sistema Nacional de Salud (SNS). Las diferentes diapositivas muestran la hoja de ruta diseñada para la interoperabilidad semántica en el SNS.
