English abstract

The librarian of the German Savingsbanks Association tries to show the necessity of organising different ways of educating the information literacy among the employees of the association. From organising knowledge to getting the users fit for using those information by themselves.

Der Bibliothekar des Deutschen Sparkassen- und Giroverbandes beschreibt in seinem Aufsatz die Notwendigkeit, die Benutzer des von ihm organisierten Wissenspools einer Fachbibliothek dazu anzuleiten, die gebotene Vielfalt an Informationen selbst nutzen zu können. Er beschreibt das taktische und praktische Vorgehen, diese Notwendigkeit umgesetzt zu bekommen.
