English abstract
Globalization of the contemporary has led to the emergence of new professions, reconfigurations of the universities and specialized processing functions of classical structures and integrated info-documentary services that support the research needs. We speak about electronic products such as: databases, articles, ebooks, ejournals, scientific information is made available to researchers in the form of dynamic resources, logically organized and interconnected, allowing individual logins, searches for complex criteria, selection and exports in various formats. We started with the assumption that users analyze opinions on the facilities offered by university library electronic services, may lead to developing a marketing optimized electronic collections and how users can bring you closer to the dynamics of digital information. We analised the electronic services of the largest Romanian libraries of this type, just to observe and measure how is used and applied the e-scientific information in users research practice.
