English abstract

DOC6 is a consultancy firm in corporative knowledge management, founded in 1988. They provide Electronic resources of information, Professional Services – Outsourcing, Training, etc. Has received the EUREKA label of R+D for its participation in project COGNOS (n.2734) for the development of knowledge maps in the organizations, as well as the IBEROEKA label (in May 2005). The company annually invests 12% of its benefits in research and development projects in order to offer better innovative solutions to its clients. DOC6 works in the HERMES Project for intelligent access to information.
