English abstract

This article is the report presented by the author on April 1, 2009 in the Stage Internacional of Archives (Paris). It analyzes the current situation of the access to the business archives in Spain, especially from the legislation. The business archivist is in the middle of diverse interests: those of the Public Administration, those of the company and those of the researchers.

French abstract

L'accès à l'information contenue dans les documents d'archives et les problèmes qui peut poser est l'une des plus grandes préoccupations des archivistes, qui doivent garder un difficile équilibre entre le droit à l'information et les exigences de confidentialité, pour ne pas commettre une grave irresponsabilité par défaut ou par excès.
