English abstract

The accessibility to archival record is analyzed, with special emphasis in the electronic documentation. The access as control tool in the Administration and democratic participation are studiees in the legal point of view. From archival pespective, the aspects that affect to he phisical access of the support and the content are analyzed.

Spanish abstract

Se analliza la accesibildad de los documntos de archivo, haciendo especial hincapié en la documentación electrónica. Desde el punto de vista jurídico se estudia el acceso como herramienta de control de la Administración y de participacióni democrática. En la pespectiva archivística, se analizan los aspectos que afectan al acceso físico del soporte y del contenido.
