English abstract

Information overabundance makes information more harmful than beneficial because we can not handle the myriad impulses we receive every day. Exposure to a wealth of information to the extent of overload reduces our ability to solve problems and make good decisions.

Spanish abstract

La sobreabundancia informativa convierte la excesiva información en un bien más nocivo que beneficioso porque no podemos procesar la infinidad de impulsos que recibimos cada día. La exposición a un exceso de información disminuye la capacidad para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones correctas.
