English abstract

The presentation describes the State of the Art in public sector information re-use in Czech Republic: legal framework, public sector culture, non-public sector initiatives and other activities in the field related. It also describes a new approach to public sector information issue - "Research through Education" and the process and results of the public sector information related course and research for students in Charles University, Prague.
