English abstract

«Library 2.0» conception implies complex bilateral integration of a library into digital environment. The paper examines the issues of practical realization of the conception using state-of-the-art e-catalog web-technologies and Web 2.0 services. Real examples are provided which show that a library can form elec-tronic resources and products of high quality and participate actively in electronic social communications as a result of implementing such technologies. A range of requirements to new generation e-catalogs are defined, and a comprehensive review of using Web 2.0 services in libraries is given.

Концепция «библиотеки 2.0» предполагает комплексную двустороннюю интеграцию библиотеки в цифровую среду. В этой статье исследуются вопросы практической реализации этой концепции с помощью новейших веб-технологий электронного каталога и сервисов веб-2.0. На реальных примерах показывается, что в результате такого внедрения библиотека может стать создателем качест-венных электронных ресурсов и продуктов, активным участником электронных социальных коммуникаций. В статье сформулирован ряд требований к электронным каталогам нового поколения и дается развернутый обзор применения сервисов Web-2.0 в библиотеках.
