English abstract

This work boards the blogs and his applications programs in the service of digital reference. It analyses sites and blogs of libraries and some tools of creation of blogs and his inserted applications programs and other tools available in the web that can contribute to the remote service. And finally, it weaves comments on the paper of the librarian at the front of new technologies in the dissemination of the information.

Este trabalho aborda os blogs e seus aplicativos no serviço de referência digital. Analisa sites e blogs de bibliotecas e algumas ferramentas de criação de blogs e seus aplicativos inseridos e outras ferramentas disponíveis na web que podem contribuir para o atendimento remoto. E por fim, tece comentários sobre o papel do bibliotecário à frente de novas tecnologias na disseminação da informação.
