English abstract

Aim of the presentation is the development of a usability test on the University of Milan Digital Library. The test involved an eterogeneous group of users with different skills in using digital resources.

L'oggetto della presentazione è lo svolgimento di un test di usabilità sulla Biblioteca Digitale di Ateneo dell'Università degli Studi di Milano. Il test ha coinvolto un campione di studenti eterogeneo e con diversi gradi di competenza nell’uso delle risorse digitali.
