English abstract

Cataloguing and setting sound from the radio and the television. The Documentation Department at Radio Euskadi has been operating for twenty five years, and throughout that time it has seen great changes in terms of the working formats and systems. This paper, in addition to describing these changes, sets out the characteristics of the cataloguing of sound documents, and it highlights the importance of contact with the users so that this cataloguing meets their needs.

Esta ponencia explicará el recorrido de 25 años de experiencia del Departamento de Documentación en relación con los cambios habidos en soportes y sistemas de trabajo. Además, destacará la importancia del contacto con «quienes hacen la radio» para identificar los elementos de catalogación. Todo ello se explicará mediante diversos ejemplos prácticos.
