English abstract
The document presents the aims, modalities and results of a qualitative analysis involving about ten students that collaborated with an academic library. The interviews highlighted some considerations on the perception of the library that can be useful on the areas of service to improve. After the analysis, librarians decided to pay more attention to the initial training of students collaborating with the library, and to carry on a yearly survey on this issue.

Il documento restituisce finalità, modalità ed esiti di un’indagine qualitativa che ha coinvolto una decina di studenti che hanno collaborato presso una biblioteca universitaria. Dalle risposte alle domande aperte sono emerse percezioni della biblioteca e considerazioni sull'esperienza di tirocinio o di lavoro part time in biblioteca utili per riflettere sulle aree di miglioramento. In seguito all’indagine, infatti, i bibliotecari si sono prefissi di curare maggiormente la formazione iniziale degli studenti collaboratori e l’integrazione nelle due sedi della biblioteca, nonché di reiterare ogni anno questo tipo di rilevazione.
