English abstract

Ontologies are complex artifacts. They should seek consensus on the use of a set of modeled concepts. Some authors propose that these devices would benefit if they were built collaboratively. This article aims to address the use of a semantic wiki as an alternative to the collaborative construction of ontologies, and describe its ontological structure. Wikis are known as tools for collaborative construction of content. The semantic wiki is a research effort to integrate the concepts of wikis with the semantic web. The case study presented shows an implementation in Semantic Media Wiki, a semantic wiki features the best known and most used by the academic community and the organizational environment.

Ontologias são artefatos complexos. Devem buscar o consenso acerca do uso de um conjunto de conceitos modelados e serem construídos de forma colaborativa. Este artigo tem como objetivo abordar o uso de um wiki semântico como suporte ferramental para a construção colaborativa de ontologias. Os wikis são ferramentas de construção colaborativa de conteúdos. Os wikis semânticos buscam integrar os conceitos de wikis aqueles da web semântica. O estudo de caso apresenta uma implementação usando o Semantic Media Wiki, um dos wikis semânticos mais conhecidos e mais utilizados pela comunidade acadêmica e no meio organizacional.
