English abstract

This paper will introduce some of the agents involved in context of protection (monopoly‐commoditization) / liberalization (open access as a public‐information) of information and their positions, citing the example of recent projects such as CODATA, Science Commons or, Open Data, focused to create tools for open access to scientific data, priority within the new information cyberinfrastructure and e‐science.

Se dan a conocer algunos de los agentes implicados en contexto de protección (monopolio‐mercantilización) / liberalización (acceso abierto‐información como bien público) de la información y sus posicionamientos, poniendo como ejemplo de estos últimos proyectos como  CODATA, Science Commons, Open Data, centrados crear herramientas para el acceso abierto a los datos científicos, prioridad dentro de las nuevas ciberinfraestructuras de información y la e‐ciencia.
