English abstract

With the advent of the Internet in the field of library services, it has become necessary to establish procedures for making available to users of online resources selected by public libraries: bookmark management through web browser, social bookmarks in the cloud or virtual desktops. The latter option has many advantages over the above.

Con la irrupción de Internet en el ámbito de los servicios bibliotecarios, se ha hecho necesario establecer procedimientos para poner los recursos en línea seleccionados por las bibliotecas públicas a disposición de los usuarios: gestión de favoritos a través del navegador web, marcadores sociales en la nube o escritorios virtuales. Esta última opción presenta numerosas ventajas sobre las mencionadas anteriormente.
