English abstract

The specialized information in Internet has steadily increased in the last years. This is especially pressing in case of the social area, whose practitioners are needed of it, but often shunning its use because of ignorance or information overload. This project seeks to bring within reach an intuitive and easy tool for them to access high quality information always updated, quickly and efficiently. Guidelines for creating dynamic web platform which bring together all the proven social information structured by categories are provided. The system will also offer the possibility to register and receive alerts based on the chosen profile. Besides, it shall be setting in such a way that it can be implemented with open source software.

Spanish abstract

En los últimos años, la información especializada en Internet no ha dejado de aumentar. Esto es especialmente acuciante en caso del ámbito social, cuyos profesionales se ven necesitados de ella, pero a menudo terminan rehuyendo su uso por desconocimiento o desbordamiento. Este proyecto busca poner a su alcance una herramienta intuitiva y sencilla para que puedan acceder a información de alta calidad, siempre actualizada, de forma rápida y eficaz. Se ofrecen orientaciones para la creación de plataforma web dinámica en la que aglutinar toda la información social contrastada, estructurada a través de categorías. El sistema ofrecerá también la posibilidad de registrarse y recibir alertas de según el perfil elegido y estará configurado de tal modo que pueda implementarse con software de código abierto (open source).
