English abstract

The bibliography we propose offers a fundamental research perspective and provides also the general framework for the analyse of the international relations between two countries : Romania and Canada. The significance of international relations between them is structured on the international comunity, on special political, economical and cultural contexts, on values ​​and norms. We developed a synthesis of the main treaties and agreements that led to the collaboration between the two countries, a synthesis from which can start any analysis on bilateral diplomacy. It is indeed, a useful working instrument for both librarians and students in political science, and especially researchers.
