English abstract

A process of Innovation differs of the construction of a new technology; the technology is thought as a succession of systematic events, techniques, processes, and methods, and it means an action of transformation of ideas and of operations in reality. The innovation is the acceptance of the technology among the plurality of the elements of a certain social space , where it is believed will bring a better situation than the one that existed previously. The information when it is free improves man and his reality. If information woks as a mediation for the generation of knowledge, then if one arrests information it will arrests knowledge, as well. Some histories of the information as a prisoner and liberate for communication is told in this article from the abysmal walls of the monasteries of the medium age to the days of Internet where each individual has a free voice in the global endeavor. The paper makes an inquiry, however, on the limits of the technique when the freedom of the text excites the mind but the body declines. Has the unbalance of body and mind in the freedom of Internet, and thus the generation of knowledge, a predictable destiny?

Um processo de Inovação difere da construção de uma nova tecnologia; a tecnologia é aqui pensada , como uma sucessão de eventos sistemáticos de técnicas, processos, métodos, meios e instrumentos de uma ação de transformação de idéias e de operações. Já a inovação é a aceitação dos eventos da tecnologia pela pluralidade dos elementos de um determinado espaço social que acredita que isso trará um bem comum, uma situação melhor do que a que existia anteriormente. A informação livre melhora o homem e sua realidade. Se a informação é a mediadora do conhecimento, aprisionar a informação é como aprisionar o conhecimento. Esta é uma história da informação, ora prisioneira e ora livre para ser comunicada, e está contada neste artigo desde os muros abismais dos monastérios da Idade Média até os dias da Internet e das facilidades de cada indíviduo libertar sua voz na escritura global. Fica a indagação, contudo, dos limites da técnica quando a liberdade do texto excita a mente, mas o corpo que se exercita decai. O desbalanço corpo e mente na liberdade da Internet e do conhecimento nos leva a um destino previsível?
