English abstract

This report describes the problematic and its solution involved in a Verbal Interaction Pattern, considering the topic: Ask-Offer information related to locate books in a university library. Additionally, the theoretical social signification, and speech acts signs production are shown.

El presente reporte describe la problemática que incidió en la realización de un análisis sobre el Patrón de Interacción Verbal (PIV), considerando el tópico: Pedir - Ofrecer información sobre la existencia y localización de libros en una biblioteca y evidenciar la significación social y producción de los signos en el acto del habla.
