English abstract

In Poland, the gold way of Open Access is developing more dynamically than the green way. With few subscription electronic journals, OA journals are the dominant transitional model from paper to electronic publishing in the field of scholary communication. In the publication of OA journals there is however an growing trend towards contracting services of commercial platforms. The main obstacles in the development of the green way are the lack of OA infrastructures and national as well as institutional policies.

W Polsce publikowanie czasopism w Open Access (OA), czyli złota droga rozwija się dynamiczniej niż samoarchiwizacja artykułów naukowych w repozytoriach. Przy niskim udziale elektronicznych czasopism subskrypcjyjnych, czasopisma OA są dominującym modelem przejściowym w komunikacji naukowej od publikowania papierowego do cyfrowego. W publikacji czasopism OA nasila się jednak trend korzystania z usług komercyjnych platform wydawniczych. Główne przeszkody w rozwoju samoarchiwizacji czyli zielonej drogi OA to brak infrastruktury i polityki Open Access na poziomie krajowym i instytucjonalnym.
