English abstract
This presentation brings overview of publicly accessible sources of judicial decisions in Czech Republic. Presentation is also focused on general problems of judicial decision access, and brings comparison with some foreign applications. In the final part we can see some ideas from other countries, how to improve our access for this important part of legal information.
