English abstract
Knowledge management represents a new trend in the way that organisations operate or are managed. Implementing KM involves human and organisational factors, both favourable (pros)and unfavourable (cons). This article analyses the pros and cons in order resolve the problems and to facilitate a practical and efficient application of KM in day-to-day organisational activities.
Spanish abstract
La gestión del conocimiento representa una nueva tendencia en la forma de operación y gestión de una empresa u organización. Su implantación cuenta con factores que son favorables (pros) a que se realice y también con otros desfavorables (contras), tanto de tipo humano como organizativo. Se pretende en el artículo analizar estos “pros” y “contras” con el fin de resolver su problemática y hacerla práctica y eficaz en el quehacer empresarial.
