English abstract
This report presents some reflections on methodological and theoretical work in the virtual library, the need for them in the new educational models. These fundamentals can be very useful for the entire scientific community that is engaged in the creation of virtual libraries.
Spanish abstract
El presente reporte presenta algunas reflexiones y consideraciones teóricas metodológicas sobre el trabajo en las Bibliotecas Virtuales, la necesidad de las mismas en los nuevos modelos educativos. Estos fundamentos pueden ser de gran utilidad, para toda la comunidad científica que se encuentre enfrascado en la creación de Bibliotecas Virtuales.
