English abstract

This project aims to develop an Extranet to facilitate collaborative work between the IDICT (Instituto de Documentación Científica y Tecnológica) and their provincial filiares, which are the CIGET (Centro de Información y Gestión Tecnológica). Is intended to create a space to organize and control the joint research projects, and also to integrate work processes, software, regulations and other information resources to be accessible to all specialists from anywhere in the country. Were described the fundamental stages of the project, the sources of verification, the outputs of the project, the resources and the expected benefits.

Spanish abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar una Extranet para facilitar el trabajo colaborativo entre el IDICT (Instituto de Documentación Científica y Tecnológica) y sus filiares provinciales, que son los Centros de Información y Gestión Tecnológica (CIGET). Se pretende crear un espacio para organizar y controlar los proyectos de investigación conjuntos, y también para integrar los procedimientos de trabajo, los programas informáticos, las normativas y otros recursos de información para que sean accesibles a todos los especialistas desde cualquier parte del país. Se describen las etapas fundamentales del proyecto, las fuentes de verificación, las salidas, los recursos y los beneficios esperados.
