English abstract

New media - new museums? --- The museum and the library are specific institutions in our educational system and are similar in many ways. Both institutions have different setting compare to traditional schools and that can be used in educational system. Museums and libraries can offer more interesting and complex problems and visitors could use abilities and knowledge from many parts of life and from many disciplines when finding solutions. They can also mediate contact among visitors, scientist, cultural persons and experts. Museum pedagogues work on position which could be partially similar to teaching librarian. Both institutions might to inspire one another not only in the way how to work with the visitor. --- This contribution presents a new concept of modern museum that could be used in libraries as well. Modern museum is part of communication process where visitor and institution itself act as partners. We follow contemporary trends in modern pedagogy and new media theory by trying to engage visitors in museum's events. Visitors and institution are equal and they collaborate. The exhibition is not interactive and based on new media only by using new technologies but if we use principles of interactivity, user generated content, communication many-to-many and one-to-one, idea of intertextuality, decentralized content or remixing content. Library and museum can offer opportunity for social interactions, emotions and experiences which influence natural learning. The contribution also present already realised project of exhibition in Frana Sramek's Museum in Sobotka, where writer's life, cultural-historical context of his work and analysis of literature science were displayed. Old part of exhibition was combined and mixed with new exhibit forms (audio and video installation, comics, virtual museum, photos, 3D object etc.). At the end of the presentation will be presented ongoing project revitalization of permanent exhibition in Hrdlicka's Museum of Man at Faculty of Science of Charles University in Prague. These two examples show that we can use new media principles on thematically different exhibitions and this approach can also enrich other similar institutions like libraries are.

Nová média - nová muzea? --- Příspěvek představí možnosti využití nových médií muzejními pracovníky a poukáže na podobnosti muzea a knihoven, které v našem vzdělávacím systému zastávají specifické role. Prostředí muzea a knihovny se odlišuje od školních institucí, čehož lze využít ve výuce dle zásad neformálního vzdělávání, obě instituce mohou konstruovat zajímavější problémy a úkoly, při nichž návštěvníci využijí znalostí z různých oborů, mohou se věnovat problémům více do hloubky, dále mohou zprostředkovat návštěvníkům kontakt s odborníky. Stále častěji se hovoří o tzv. ''teaching librarian'', jehož práce není nepodobná tomu, co v muzeu dělá muzejní pedagog. Obě instituce se tak mohou navzájem obohatit a inspirovat nejen v tom, jak pracovat s návštěvníkem. --- Moderní muzeum představuje součást komunikačního procesu, jehož partnery jsou návštěvník a samotná instituce. V souladu se současnými trendy v pedagogice i muzeologii usilujeme o to, aby obě strany byly rovnocennými partnery, aby měl návštěvník možnost ovlivňovat dění v muzeu a aktivně se do něj zapojit. Novomediální výstavu netvoří fakt, že součástí výstavy jsou moderní technologie. Důležitá je spíše celková koncepce a využití principů, které nová média nastolila -- jde o princip interaktivity, uživatelsky generovaného obsahu, komunikace many-to-many, která implikuje aktivitu příjemce informace, decentralizovaného obsahu či myšlenka intertextuality. Kromě faktů návštěvník hledá i emoce, zážitek, hru a příležitost k sociální interakci, která podporuje přirozený proces učení od sebe navzájem. --- Příspěvek dále představí již realizovaný projekt životopisně-literární výstavy v Muzeu Fráni Šrámka v Sobotce, kde jsem se snažila o citlivou kombinaci původní expozice a nově vytvořených exponátů (virtuální muzeum, audioinstalace, komiks, 3D objekty apod.). V závěru bude nastíněn právě probíhající projekt v Hrdličkově muzeu člověka na Přírodovědecké fakultě UK v Praze, kde je ústředním tématem evoluce, lidská variabilita a adaptivita. Na těchto dvou příkladech se ukáže, že využití nových médií není omezeno tématem výstavy a principy mohou obohatit i další vzdělávací instituce, jakým je kupříkladu knihovna.
