English abstract

This Article refers to statistical data gathering automation of librarian services in The library of New Bulgarian University. There are two information systems which proccess the statistical information about users and loans. The first one is EOS WEB and it refers to statistical data about loans. The second one is Libra which is based on RFID technology and manages the library access for the users. At the same time Libra system gives full statistical data about the readers.
