English abstract

This is the editorial to a theme issue of "Mitteilungen der Vereinigung Österreichischer Bibliothekarinnen & Bibliothekare" (issue 1/2014) that contains ten articles on various aspects of information ethics. The editors provide a brief introduction to the topic and to the individual articles and their authors, as well as recommendations for further reading.

Dies ist das Editorial eines Schwerpunktheftes der "Mitteilungen der Vereinigung Österreichischer Bibliothekarinnen & Bibliothekare" (Nummer 1/2014) mit zehn Beiträgen über verschiedene Aspekte der Informationsethik. Die Editoren geben eine kurze Einführung in den Themenbereich und zu den einzelnen Beiträgen bzw. deren Autoren, sowie Empfehlungen für die weitere Lektüre.
