English abstract

The article reviews the eIFL net venture, an independent consortium, designing effective programs and services for access to knowledge through resource sharing among libraries. The eIFL start in Bulgaria is described with special focus on achievements of implementing the project in Bulgaria and future trends.

Публикацията разглежда създаването на eIFL NET, независим консорциум, който paзвивa и пpeдocтaвя eфeĸтивни пpoгpaми и ycлyги зa дocтъп дo инфopмaция чpeз cътpyдничecтвo и oбмeн нa pecypcи между библиотеките. Описан е стартът на проекта eIFL в България. Изброени са ползите за България от участието в този проект и са представени насоките за развитие.
