English abstract

The open access concept to the publications shows a key role in the information economy. The conscience of much of its profits is attained in spite of its price and the number of information sources. Throughout the analysis of different cases of study, the “learned lessons” are presented and diverse conclusions are deduced on the fundamental characteristics of the support policies and law frames which base the tributary ideas of the best practice image that open access offers in marine sciences.
