English abstract

The illegal markets in Spain are analyzed and quantified in Section 5.6 of the Book, followed by an analysis of where and how the illicit proceeds generated by organized crime are invested in the legal economy in Spain in Section 8.6. Finally, in Sections 10.8 and 12.7 the confiscation of criminal assets in Spain is reviewed and quantified.
