English abstract

The law through legal and other forms of regulation establishes the order and how to resolve conflicts peacefully, indicating objectives and how to get them in space and time. The information space is part of that reality, the existence of the digital information changes manners and customs and opens new scenarios in which behaviors develop. The Infoethics helps to identify the values that are taxed to preserve human dignity in Cyberspace. Infoethics is estimated to be the preferred method to define the objectives and how to achieve them. The Infoethics should be the basis for the gestation of the Model Law Society.

Spanish abstract

El Derecho a través de normas jurídicas y otras formas de regulación establece el orden y el modo de resolver los conflictos pacíficamente, indicando objetivos y el modo de obtenerlos en un espacio y tiempo. El espacio informático forma parte de esa realidad, la existencia de la información digital cambia modos y costumbres así como abre nuevos escenarios en el que se desarrollan conductas. La Infoética contribuye a identificar los valores que tributan a preservar la dignidad humana en el Ciberespacio. Se estima que la Infoética debe ser el método privilegiado para delimitar los objetivos y el modo de alcanzarlos. La Infoética debe servir de base para la gestación del Modelo de Derecho de la sociedad tecnológicamente avanzada.
