English abstract

Globally the study of Information Literacy is imposed in the area of skills from a new approach to learning that frames cooperation and flattering reflection in a process of formation of skills, abilities and attitudes to the individual function in any medium. Is required, then the definition of indicators for the evaluation of these powers should be training from basic education.
