English abstract

The regarding one the Laws of Education, in the first part of this research is mentioned from the First Regulation of Public Instruction, issued on July 14, 1850 by Don Ramon Castilla , President of the Republic , with the up current General Law provisions on education and works Most Important Every government in Peru : Education No. 28044 , promulgated by Mr. Alejandro Toledo Manrique on 28 July 2005. The stand out. In Part Two , we have developed the School Library System and its historical evolution in Peru. Finding valuable and worthwhile experiences to rescue as is the case in all developed projects , in what can be called ' golden decade ' , which it was given by the Directorate of School Libraries as well one the programs carried out by other institutions.

Spanish abstract

Con respecto a las Leyes de Educación, en la primera parte de la presente investigación se menciona desde el Primer Reglamento de Instrucción Pública, promulgado el 14 de julio de 1850 por don Ramón Castilla, Presidente de la República, hasta la actual Ley General de Educación Nº 28044, promulgada por don Alejandro Toledo Manrique el 28 de julio de 2005. Se destacan las disposiciones en materia educativa y las obras más importantes de cada Gobierno en el Perú. En la segunda parte, se ha desarrollado el Sistema Bibliotecario Escolar y su evolución histórica en el Perú. Encontrando experiencias muy valiosas y dignas de rescatar como es el caso de todos los proyectos desarrollados, en lo que se puede llamar ‘La década de oro’, la cual se dio gracias a la Dirección de Bibliotecas Escolares, así como a los programas llevados a cabo por otras instituciones.
