English abstract
Quality and excellent human resources are important factors for both companies engaged in services and non-services including educational institutions such as schools. SDIT Al-Hamidiyah is one of the excellent schools in the city of Depok trying to implement knowledge management. Some forms of sharing knowledge is being implemented. Because it`s doesn`t understand deeply the concept of knowledge management as a whole, a number of obstacles faced this school in an effort to achieve the goal of knowledge management. If the management of this knowledge is applied in accordance with the concept, this school will achieve glory in a short time by empowering its resources effectively and efesienly.
Indonesian abstract
Sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkualitas merupakan faktor penting bagi perusahaan baik yang bergerak di bidang jasa maupun non jasa termasuk di dalamnya lembaga pendidikan seperti sekolah. SDIT Al-Hamidiyah merupakan salah satu sekolah unggul yang berada di Kota Depok berupaya menerapkan manajemen pengetahuan. Beberapa bentuk-bentuk sharing pengetahuan tengah dijalankan. Karena belum memahami secara mendalam konsep manajemen pengetahuan secara utuh, sejumlah kendala pun dihadapi sekolah dalam upaya mencapai tujuan manajemen pengetahuan. Jika pengelolaan pengetahuan ini diterapkan sesuai dengan konsepnya, sekolah ini akan mencapai kejayaannya dalam waktu singkat dengan memberdayagunakan sumber daya yang dimiliki secara efektif dan efisien.
