English abstract

The main focus of the current article are three practices, presented at the LIBER's 43rd Annual Conference. The Manchester University has adopted game elements in library and information services. The OAPEN Library deposit service is also introduced, as well as the application Goobi with open code at the Leiden University. The article shows the Bulgarian participation on the prestigious conference, gathered 350 attendees from 36 countries.

Акцентира се на три добри практики, представени на 43-тата годишна конференция на LIBER. Първата е на Университета в Манчестър, свързана с включване на игрови моменти в основните библиотечни услуги, втората запознава с депозитната услуга OAPEN Library, а третата представя приложния софтуер с отворен код Goobi от библиотеката на Университета в Лайден. В статията се обръща внимание на първото българско участие в тази престижна конференция, събрала 350 участници от 36 страни. Поредната 43-та годишна конференция на LIBER (Ligue des Bibliotheques Europeennes de Recherche – Association of European Research Libraries)[1] се проведе между 2 и 5 юли 2014 г. в националната библиотека на Латвия. Този път фокусът бе поставен върху визията за развитието на научните и академични библиотеки през следващите 5 години. В работата на конференцията се включиха повече от 350 участници от 36 страни.
