English abstract

This paper aims to explain the development of Web from the first generation to the second generation and now to the upcoming, third generation of the Web. It describes the importance of semantic technologies and their importance in the libraries.

В статье рассматривается развитие сети первого, второго и третьего поколения Web. Описывается важность и значение семантических технологий для библиотек.
