English abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the contributions that have been made in Spain in the field of librarianship applied to higher education. We want to describe the development of research in quantitative and chronological terms, the topics that have focused this research, the most productive authors and their institutional affiliation, the main sources of publication of this type of work, the grey literature in this field and ongoing research projects on university libraries. The aim is both to describe the state of research and reflection and provide some guidance on what are the sources and how to access them and further research on this topic. The methodology of our analysis consisted of a review of the databases where these works (ISOC BEDOC, Theseo...), the contents of the main Spanish Congress of the period. We make a basic analysis and quantification in order to give some results and conclusions

El objetivo del presente trabajo es realizar un análisis de las aportaciones que se han realizado en España dentro del campo de la Biblioteconomía aplicada a la Educación Superior. Nos interesa indicar la evolución de la producción investigadora en términos cuantitativos y cronológicos, los temas en que se han centrado estas investigaciones, los autores más productivos y su adscripción institucional, las principales fuentes de publicación de este tipo de trabajos, la existencia de trabajos no difundidos y literatura gris en este campo y los proyectos de investiga­ción en marcha sobre las bibliotecas universitarias. La finalidad es tanto describir el estado de la investigación como aportar una reflexión y unas orientaciones acerca de cuales son las fuentes y cómo se puede acceder a ellas, para facilitar el camino a nuevas investigaciones en este tema. La metodología de nuestro análisis ha consistido en la revisión de las bases de datos donde se contienen estos trabajos (ISOC, BEDOC, TESEO, etc.), del contenido de los prin­cipales Congresos españoles del período, en la revisión de las investigaciones no difundidas, y en muchos casos se ha realizado una lectura completa de los trabajos mismos. A partir de esto se procedió a una cuantificación somera y a una valoración crítica, de la que se llega a los resultados
