English abstract

This tutorial on LibreOffice was carried out between June and July 2015 as a support to training Offimatics Fundamentals with open source software. The document sets out in detail (with picture) the steps to perform common operations with Calc program (equivalent to Excel), Writer (equivalent to Word) and Impress (equivalent to PowerPoint). The tutorial allows to achieve an optimal knowledge of the main tasks that corporate environments often require. Compared to other tutorials, the novelty is that it is been based on open source software, specifically LibreOffice version 4.3, available on the website https://es.libreoffice.org, rather than his counterpart Excel, Microsoft's proprietary. However, the vast majority of procedures detailed herein may be applied almost without exception in other office suites such as Microsoft Office and Open Office. This tutorial is a reference material due to its simplicity and simple steps learning.

Este tutorial sobre LibreOffice fue realizado entre junio y julio de 2015 como material de apoyo a una formación de Fundamentos de la Ofimática con software open source. El documento recoge de forma detallada y con imágenes los pasos que hay que realizar para llevar a cabo las operaciones más habituales en los programas Calc (equivalente a Excel), Writer (equivalente a Word) e Impress (equivalente a PowerPoint), para lograr una óptima gestión de las principales tareas más habituales en los entornos corporativos. La novedad respecto a otros tutoriales de ofimática es que se ha tomado como base una suite open source, en concreto la versión 4.3 de LibreOffice, disponible en la web https://es.libreoffice.org/, en lugar de su homólogo Excel, pertenciente al paquete de software propietario. No obstante, la gran mayoría de procedimientos aquí detallados podrán aplicarse casi sin excepción en otras suites ofimáticas, como Microsoft Office y Open Office, por lo que constituye un material de referencia para simplificar, mediante el aprendizaje de sencillos pasos, la resolución de estas operaciones en los proyectos y trabajos que lo requieran.
