English abstract

The author thinks that library cataloging has experienced three labor pains just as work quantified, employee turnover and marginalization in the recent ten years. He points out some existing problems in library cataloging just as follows: the standards have not been internationally compatible and not been unified in our country yet; there is sluggishness when facing with the technology change; the researches show the tendency of dogmatization and concretization; the cataloging is facing with transformation because of the change of industry chain; and so on.

作者认为，近十几年来图书馆编目工作经历的工作量化、人员流动和边缘化三次阵痛，导致了图书馆编目工作的衰落；并指出当前存在的问题，如标准尚未与国际接轨且国内也未统一，在技术变革面前尚有惰性，研究有教条化和科研具体化的倾向，产业链变化引发的转型等。
