English abstract

The DFP database contains many resources of environmental interest, but still lacks an important area: the information on nuclear safety and radiation protection. This information is of considerable importance because in Italy there are nuclear facilities and radioactive waste to be disposed of, but this kind of information is not prominent on institutional sites. Information and documents can be found at the local level, on the websites of the Regions, of the ARPA (regional environmental agencies) or in databases such as the Valutazioni ambientali (environmental impact assessment).

La banca dati DFP contiene molte risorse di interesse ambientale, ma ancora manca un'area importante: l'informazione sulla sicurezza nucleare. Questa informazione è di notevole rilevanza poiché in Italia sono presenti installazioni nucleari e rifiuti radioattivi da smaltire, ma è poco evidente sui siti istituzionali. Informazioni e documenti si trovano a livello locale, sui siti delle regioni, delle ARPA (agenzie regionali per l'ambiente) o dentro banche dati come Valutazioni ambientali (valutazione di impatto ambientale).
