English abstract

Some obstacles are mentioned in the resistance to the policies of the intellectual property system, from the viewpoint of a librarian and Internet user and the role of the international group Copysouth in this resistance stands. Some experiences and Argentina groups in activism against misuse of the intellectual property rights are mentioned.

Spanish abstract

Se mencionan algunos obstáculos en la resistencia a las políticas del sistema de propiedad intelectual, desde la óptica de una bibliotecaria y usuaria de Internet y se destaca el papel del grupo internacional Copysouth en dicha resistencia. Se mencionan algunas experiencias y grupos de Argentina en el activismo contra los usos abusivos del derecho de propiedad intelectual.
