English abstract

This thesis, devoted to the study of the existence of library services that meet the needs of native users in Argentina, is the expression of two desires: on the one hand complete the requirement to access the degree of Bachelor of Library Science and Documentation, and another, give visibility to achieve a collective generally unknown.

Spanish abstract

Esta tesina, dedicada al estudio sobre la existencia de servicios bibliotecarios que satisfagan las necesidades de usuarios nativos en la República Argentina, es la expresión de dos anhelos: por una parte cumplimentar el requisito para acceder al grado de Licenciada en Bibliotecología y Documentación, y por otra, lograr dar visibilidad a un colectivo por lo general desconocido.
