English abstract

This paper aims to explain the development of Web from the first generation to the second generation and now to the upcoming, third generation of the Web and future generations Web. It describes the importance of Web technologies and their importance in the libraries.

В статье рассматривается развитие сети первого, второго, третьего и последующих поколений Web. Описывается важность и значение Web технологий для библиотек.
