English abstract

This work aims to explore and understand the performance of the librarian within the educational field, using as a starting point Resolution 3910 of the General Council of Education of the Province of Entre Ríos. The trigger document will be compared with some of the existing bibliographies to determine the role of the librarian who works in these information units. This process caused some questions to arise, which in the course of the work will try to be answered. The structure of the present activity has as an introductory part the Resolution 3910 of the CGE, with the objective of knowing which are the conceptions that the document contributes to the school library and the role of the school librarian. In the second chapter we will work with the CRA (Learning Resource Center) concept, where according to Resolution is the new way of understanding school libraries. The third part focuses on describing what the school library is from the consultation of different bibliographies, to defining the role of an information professional who works at the school level. Finally, it will conclude with a reflection, where they raise some questions that have to do with the development of our profession in the future.

El presente trabajo tiene como fin explorar y conocer el desempeño del bibliotecario dentro del ámbito educativo, usando como punto de inicio la Resolución 3910 del Consejo General de Educación de la Provincia de Entre Ríos. El documento disparador, será comparado con algunas de las bibliografías existentes, para determinar el rol del bibliotecario que se desempeña en estas unidades de información. Este proceso hizo que surjan algunas preguntas, que en el desarrollo del trabajo intentarán ser respondidas. La estructura de la presente actividad, tiene como parte introductoria la Resolución 3910 del CGE, con el objetivo de conocer cuáles son las concepciones que el documento aporta sobre la biblioteca escolar y el rol del bibliotecario escolar. En el segundo capítulo se trabajará con el concepto CRA (Centro de Recursos para el Aprendizaje), donde según la Resolución es la nueva forma de entender a las bibliotecas escolares. La tercera parte se centra en describir qué es la biblioteca escolar a partir de la consulta de diferentes bibliografías, hasta llegar a definir el rol que ocupa un profesional de la información que se desempeña en el ámbito de la escuela. Por último, se concluirá con una reflexión, donde se plantean algunas cuestiones que tienen que ver con el desarrollo de nuestra profesión a futuro.
