English abstract

The 1st Information Literacy Conference Germany / Austria was the first over-regional conference for librarians from Austria and Germany, which was dedi-cated to the subject of information literacy and took place from February 16 to 17, 2017 at the ULB Tirol. The report provides information on the organization, topics and event formats of the meeting.

Die „1. Informationskompetenz-Tagung Deutschland/Österreich“ war die erste überregionale Tagung für BibliothekarInnen aus Österreich und Deutschland, die ganz dem Thema Informationskompetenz gewidmet war und fand von 16. bis 17. Februar 2017 an der ULB Tirol statt. Der Bericht informiert über Organisation, Themen und Veranstaltungsformate der Tagung.
